ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the application of evidence - based perioperative nursing in transradial interventional treatment by using sheathless guiding-catheter for coronary artery lesions. Methods The evidence-based nursing team researched for the relevant literature and evidences. According to the theory of critical evidence - based nursing, evidence - based perioperative nursing measures were carried out for 30 patients with coronary artery diseases who were receiving transradial interventional treatment by using sheathless guiding-catheter. Results The success rate of puncturing was 100%. After the procedure only two patients developed radial artery complications, and after promptly treatment no severe consequences occurred. The treatment achieved the desired clinical results. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing measures can regulate nursing behavior, and presciently make the nursing work in a standardized and sequenced way, thus, the nursing work is changed from the passive mode to an active mode. Therefore, evidence - based perioperative nursing is worth of clinical application(J Intervent Radiol, 2018, 27:281 -284)

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss the advantages of postoperative early ambulation for patients after high-viscosity bone cement injection treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 42 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were divided into the study group (n=21)and the control group (n=21).High-viscosity bone cement injection was used to perform percutaneous vertebroplasty for the patients in the study group, while low-viscosity bone cement injection was adopted to complete percutaneous vertebroplasty for the patients in the control group. The patients of the study group were asked to get out of bed in 4 hours after vertebroplasty and to do off-bed activity in 8 hours after vertebroplasty, while the patients of the control group were asked to get out of bed in 12 hours after vertebroplasty and to do off-bed activity in 24 hours after vertebroplasty.CT reexamination was performed within 3 days after vertebroplasty to observe the paravertebral leakage and the cement distribution in vertebrae. The visual analogue scale (VAS),the ability score of daily life activy (Barthel),the risk score of pressure skin ulcer (Braden) and the risk rating of deep venous thrombosis were used to evaluate the clinical effectiveness for both groups. Results The procedure of vertebroplasty was successfully accomplished in all patients of both groups. No statistically significant differences in VAS score and in Barthel score at 24 hours and 7 days after vertebroplasty existed between the two groups (P>0.05).Eight days after vertebroplasty, the differences in Barthel score,Braden score and the risk rating of deep venous thrombosis between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05),although the difference in VAS score between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion In treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture by using high-viscosity bone cement injection, postoperative early ambulation can effectively improve the patient's daily activities, reduce the risk of the formation of pressure skin ulcer and deep vein thrombosis, thus, reduce the nursing workload for both nurses and patient's family members.(J Intervent Radiol,2017,26:749-752).

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood flow reserve fraction in the treatment of coronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 46 patients with positive coronary angiography were included.Criteria for positive coronary angiography:coronary angiography confirmed at least a coronary artery stenosis was more than or equal to 50%.According to the results, the patients were divided into the control group(24 cases) and observation group(22 cases). Results 1.There was no significant difference in baseline level(P>0.05);2.The operation time, number of stents and the contrast agent dosage of the observation group were (63.20±9.92)min,(0.50±0.65) and (182.94±39.30)mL,which were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(operation time t=2.69,P=0.01;number of stents t=2.56,P=0.02;contrast agent dosage t=6.98,P=0.00).There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in angina pectoris and MACE attack. Conclusion Blood flow reserve score is an important guiding parameter for PCI treatment of coronary artery stenosis.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the optimal perioperative nursing program for patients receiving cardiac pacemaker by His bundle pacing or by para-His bundle pacing. Methods A total of 26 patients, who were receiving cardiac pacemaker by His bundle pacing or by para-His bundle pacing, were enrolled in this study. The bundle of cares, used as the nursing intervention measures, was executed in all patients, which included strengthening the professional training for specialist team members, improvement of preoperative intervention, careful intraoperative cooperation, postoperative observation of patient's condition and complications, prevention and health guidance, etc. Results Through the strict implementation of the special bundle of nursing cares, all the 26 patients could well cooperated with surgical procedure, and after the treatment the patients recovered smoothly and achieved the desired results with no occurrence of complications. Conclusion The intervention measures of the bundle of cares are scientific and reasonable. The implementation of the special bundle of nursing cares can promote the professional nursing ability of nurses and ensure the quality of nursing service.
